Bridge to Terabithia
Critically acclaimed Bridge to Terabithia by Katherine Paterson, published in , first entered my life in fifth grade reading class. I remember sitting at my desk in the time where it was cool to wear leggings under a denim skirt as I listened to Ms. Daniel, the cool teacher, read the book to us every afternoon in the fall. Fashion aside, the story itself sticks out plainly in my memory as both beautiful and heart wrenching. The plot follows a lonely, artistic boy from a poor family named Jesse that develops a friendship with his new neighbor, Leslie. She beats him and the rest of the class in a recess footrace, but the two later form a bond and cross the creek by rope swing to create a secret world they name Terabithia. He returns home later that evening to frightened parents, unaware of where he spent the day, and the heartbreaking news that Leslie drowned in the creek after attempting to visit Terabithia alone.
Jeanette Tolentino, 23, Sun City West, Arizona. The best papers my professors ever saw from me were written by your writers, all of them. Im not that good at writing essays and your guys save me every time I need something longer than 150 words. Personal reflections, research papers, case studies, simple questions answering, they cover everything. I havens had an assignment they couldnt handle. It might get more difficult (an expensive) if the deadline is short but Ive never had a situation when I have nothing to give my to my professors.
